The room was clean and spacious, but the

Breakfast lacked variety compared to other hotels I've stayed at. The location was great with easy access to nearby attractions. The stay was pleasant, but I hope they work on improving the morning meal options.

The reception staff was helpful with questions I had regarding tourist destinations. Also was helpful when my daughter wasn't feeling well. The pool was a big hit with the kids, ages 9 and 12, especially the water slide!

Not as many good dining options nearby as I would have liked.

Loved our stay at the hotel and strongly recommend it to all. The room we booked was impeccable and well-equipped with computers for guest use and a whirlpool tub, as example as advertised.

Can't recommend highly enough for a flash stay

Clean room, excellent breakfast, with make-your-own waffles and delicious warm options, made our quick stay comfortable and enjoyable, and the convenient shuttle from the airport added to its appeal.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Bed too soft and concaved. Poor sleep.

Great breakfast and clean rooms. Hair dryer was sticky and unkempt.

Pool for kids

The room was worn completely out, desk chair broken, was suppose to have pull out in King room for child to sleep in, had extremely worn out small chair in its place, was nothing like what we are used to with this chain. We travel 6 or so times a year for leisure and like Hampton Inns but this one was a major disappointment, almost gross.

Reservation was made at 109.00. Per night and as I was not the who got the bill at checkout it was miles down the road when I noticed that charged me 129.00. NOT HAPPY

We explored the fine Crystal Cave Park and had a blast at the Cosmos Mystery Area. The location was convenient. Just a heads up, breakfast might not be the best. The staff was friendly and really helpful .

The only downside was the ice machine situation. There was only one working ice machine on the second floor, and it took a bit to find out where it was located.

The breakfast (included) was very well stocked and clean seating area.

Room seemed a bit outdated in furnishing compared to other Hampton Inns. Only 1 elevator....

Easily accessible in a good location.

Back rooms, which we stayed in, are near I-90. Truck traffic was clearly heard. Could be poor windows since we could hear wind blowing. Run AC to block noise. Room door was difficult to open. Housekeeping showed us the trick of using keycard then pulling hard then pushing open.

The indoor pool with a waterslide was a hit with the kids, while I enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi. Just a heads up, we had a small hiccup with the door lock, but it was sorted out quickly, so no biggie 😊

The stay was awesome.

The housekeeping could have made sure the bed was properly fitted in the bed frame. My nine year old put a big gash in her right mid calf, which required seven stitches. She got up off of the right side of the bed and was going to get her swimming attire on to go to the pool,when this incident occurred on 3/24/16,Wednesday evening, the second night of our stay.

The fact that my card was hit twice for incidentals and neither was refunded that's 125 dollars that I would like back

Great stay with some hiccups

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was excellent, tons of choices. Our room was cozy but had a few cleanliness issues like stray hairs, and the jacuzzi tub was kinda falling apart. Still, comfy bed made up for it!
