Everything was brand-new. I had a very delightful experience. I stayed in a comfy, outstanding room with a whirlpool tub and refrigerator. My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Rapid City Near Mt Rushmore was fantastic. Everything at the hotel was brand-new, including my room, which was both comfy and outstanding. I had a very delightful experience during my 4-night stay. I especially enjoyed having a whirlpool tub and a refrigerator in my room. I will definitely make this hotel my first choice again when I visit Rapid City.

Loved our stay at the hotel and strongly recommend it to all. The room we booked was impeccable and well-equipped with computers for guest use and a whirlpool tub, as example as advertised.

We had a very pleasant stay in this brand-new hotel. The staff was very amiable, efficient, and everything was good! The breakfast had a lot of good food and drinks. The location was convenient and magnificent.

The reception staff was helpful with questions I had regarding tourist destinations. Also was helpful when my daughter wasn't feeling well. The pool was a big hit with the kids, ages 9 and 12, especially the water slide!

Not as many good dining options nearby as I would have liked.

The room was worn completely out, desk chair broken, was suppose to have pull out in King room for child to sleep in, had extremely worn out small chair in its place, was nothing like what we are used to with this chain. We travel 6 or so times a year for leisure and like Hampton Inns but this one was a major disappointment, almost gross.

We were given a double room that was super clean and really cozy. 🌟

Easily accessible in a good location.

Back rooms, which we stayed in, are near I-90. Truck traffic was clearly heard. Could be poor windows since we could hear wind blowing. Run AC to block noise. Room door was difficult to open. Housekeeping showed us the trick of using keycard then pulling hard then pushing open.

The stay was awesome.

The housekeeping could have made sure the bed was properly fitted in the bed frame. My nine year old put a big gash in her right mid calf, which required seven stitches. She got up off of the right side of the bed and was going to get her swimming attire on to go to the pool,when this incident occurred on 3/24/16,Wednesday evening, the second night of our stay.

The breakfast here is good, and the location is excellent, right by the Mall, Walmart, the Interstate, and other attractions.

Reservation was made at 109.00. Per night and as I was not the who got the bill at checkout it was miles down the road when I noticed that charged me 129.00. NOT HAPPY

Check-in was quick, with staff knowledgeable about pool and breakfast policies. Comfortable beds, fun pool with water slide. Convenient location near gas and food options. Central for sight-seeing. Tons of plugs for technology, AC worked fabulously.

The breakfast (included) was very well stocked and clean seating area.

Room seemed a bit outdated in furnishing compared to other Hampton Inns. Only 1 elevator....

The hotel is close to plenty of shopping if you need a last minute purchase. Plenty of chain restaurants in the immediate area. The wifi was rock solid and very fast the whole time we stayed.

The breakfast room has limited tables (but lots of less than practical sofas and armchairs) so it gets full quickly.
